If you need help the first thing you should do is to join the "MLCC" group and ask in the group chat for help. Our staff are alwasy looking to help you, and will try their best to deal with you, or put you in touch with the correct person that will be able to help you. In the rare event that there is no staff members online, then you can drop a notecard for to any one of our members.
