When I met Melody Regent in early 2009 it was a start of a new experience for me. First time in a group, I used probably every occasion to make mistakes on the job. On every level like personal connections, group dynamics, dealing with the different requests from our customers, an expanded technical support to handle all... sometimes it's like a leisurely walk thru a minefield. So now what? Just make sure not to make the same mistake twice
This is a great group with a lot of experience. They all help me learn and grow so that I am able to bring my part to the job and do it well. The different members of Regent Estates staff are amazing, everyone in their own way.
I'm easy to deal with, Tolerance and Respect are on my top ten list. Follow that, and we get along with each other. In calmer times, I hang out with my scripting, building, handling my items for sale (why the f**k don't they sell?). I have a great shop in New York, NYC and I will be focusing more on a certain area in the future.
I love to 'think out loud', discussing in problems and figuring out optimal solutions for others and myself. Bringing up 10 ideas and pulling down 9 of them, going along with 1... And then taking the next 10. That's improving. Once you find the right questions, the interaction with people for answers is great.
What Melody does with her crew, her way of thinking and how she handles things, makes for a quality experience in living and having a business in Second Life. This affects the well being of our clients and us very directly. She makes both happy.
